According to experts, if one is obese he or she can reduce his or her blood pressure by reducing the weight and making few little changes in life.

Breath deeply
Start breathing deeply for a period of 10 minutes in morning as well as in night. Inhaling and exhaling deeply will lower your stress level drastically and will keep your blood pressure under control.

Relax and reduce the work
Reducing your office hours will be a huge advantage as it is difficult to exercise as well as eat healthy if you work longer in office. Reducing the work will also lower down your hypertension. Listening to music, after work can be good remedy for relaxation.

Start walking, running
There is no other best workout than walking and running. It does help a lot as your heart will use the oxygen more efficiently after a good workout.
