A pantless man has been seen in the British city of Exeter and have raised some grave concerns over the serial exposer who has been seen in the area for many times.
The cemetery flasher has been seen by a same woman named Sadie Ellicott for three times.
While conversing with South West News Service she said, “There’s something very strange about him.”
“He’s very creepy, and he looks back at you to make sure you’re looking,” she added.
On June 4, when it happened again, Elllicott said that she recorded the incident in a video and given the footage to the police.
“I want to get the word out to warn other ladies who walk home on their own. I just want him to be caught,” she said.
Police were unable to find any suspect, although they reached the spot about 10 minutes after Ellicott’s report.
The appearance of the suspect is recorded as a white male in his late 30s or 40s, clean shaven with dark hair and of medium to stocky build. According to Ellicott, he wore a black hooded jacket and nothing more.
