In an horrific incident reported at Kidderpore on Saturday a 46-year-old man was arrested on Sunday for allegedly raping his 23-year-old step sister. The victim has been sent to medical examination.

According to the victim, she has alleged that her step brother who was staying same house as her on Circular Garden Reach road, raped her when there was no one at home.

After the complaint has been filed police captured and arrested the suspect from Taratala.

While the rape case has been registered and the proceedings has also been started against the accused, police are investigating for any property dispute between the two and are also checking if there is any pending cases against the accused.
