In a major political controversy, the BJP-led NDA demanded an action against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader in Punjab Bhagwant Mann for his live streamed video publish on Facebook, for endangering security of one of the most important buildings in Delhi, the Parliament.

Earlier, in a live-streamed video Bhagwant Mann, giving a running commentary when his vehicle crosses the security barricades while entering the Parliament says, “I’ll show you something you would not have seen earlier.”

Further, Mann enters a room where all the questions which are going to be discussed in the houses of the parliament are being sorted and he described all the process here. A security official can be heard telling him not take photographs, to which he replies, “I’ll not take photos, will maintain confidentiality.”

While the discussion, Union minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, in Rajya Sabha, alleged by streaming a videos of various layers of screening and checks the AAP lawmaker has created a conspiracy to compromise the security of the parliament.

Loud shouting and uproar on the issue led to the first adjournment of Lok Sabha within the first 10 minute.

Bhagwant Mann said that he did not want to endanger the security of the Parliament but to show the people of his constituency in Punjab a glimpse of Parliament and its functioning. In the morning a TV news channel reported him saying, “If the (Lok Sabha) Speaker calls me and tells me I have made a mistake then I will apologise and say that I didn't know.”

By explaining that he wanted to show his people how the questions are sorted in the Central Hall, he said, “My people accuse me of not raising their issues in the house. When I told them that questions to be taken up are decided by a draw of lots and only 20 MPs can get their questions in, they did not believe me.”

“There are so many big cameras around here. I will post a video again tomorrow (Friday), let me be served a notice,” he had said defiantly, on Thursday, according to the reports.
