Bapu faces great pressure!

The news was into exposure during 2nd Sep that the Godman Asaram Bapu seems to be distressed, and why he wouldn't be? After all he is busy with so many other activities apart from preaching. Now, coming to the actuality Bapu would face a critical shock of his life from Gujarat Government who would impose a major penalty on him for violation of public land by his ashram in Jehangirpura area of the city followed by an order from Supreme Court.

Furthermore,  Surat District Collector J P Shivhare told PTI that action has been in it's place at government level in accordance with court orders. In addition to it the penalty was known to be under process. The matter of fact was about 34,400 square metres of unused land, and beyond 50,000 sq m the state irrigation department had obtained in 1976 on the banks of Tapi river with an intention to make protection wall. Surprisingly, Bapu forcibly trespassed upon the property as well constructed a temple at one part of it and also a cowshed. As a reaction to it, Anil Vyas, a local farmer filed a petition before the Gujarat High Court which regulated the district collector to take tenure of the land.

On the other hand, Bapu who was intending to challenge the order asking for time, resulted in experiencing an order of payment of  Rs 70,000 a month at the district collector's office for the interim period. The Supreme Court was known to have defend the order preceding year. At the present time, the reports recommended that the penalty could elevate up to Rs 18 crore. Though it was no confirmed officially. When the Collector was questioned regarding any confirmation about the amount of penalty, he mentioned that the state government was undergoing with it.  Another matter into highlight was that the 72-year-old Bapu was dragged into prison in Jodhpur in judicial custody for 14 days for violent sexual offense on a 16-year-old girl in his ashram in the Rajasthan city.

Disgraceful it is to see a spiritual guru committing such filthy acts. Needless to say that the incident above makes it absolutely clear once again that sadhus, gurus otherwise babas all are busy with  non religious acts. The time they should have utilized in preaching is what they utilize for other acts. Violent offense on girls and that's not just enough, the violent attack on journalists committed by religious preacher's followers and now the violation of public land by his ashram remain to be disgraceful and senseless.
