16-year-old girl from West Bengal was brought to Mumbai by her boy named Raju on the pretext of marrying her and the girl was raped after being brought to the city. As per cops, the girl who was staying with her mother in West Bengal went to local Bachkul bus stand to meet her boy friend. He told her that he will marry her in a temple in Mumbai, the girl first hesitated but believing him she came with him to Mumbai.

The victim stated that, Raju had talked with someone over phone in Bengali and gave details about their arrival at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Kurla. After arrival they met to boys and when she complained of headache Raju gave her a red color tablet. Immediately she was felling lazy and later he took her to a forested patch outside the station.

The girl lost consciousness and after few hours when she got up she realised she was lying on the ground without clothes on her and Raju was standing front of her. He took her to the platform and the two other who she meet before were also present and left her there and gave something to nearby met a constable.

The girl was later taken by the constable to Tilak Nagar police station and later the girl was sent to the Dongri Children’s Home. Later they came to know that the girl was raped after complaining of severe stomach pain. A special panel has been formed to carry out preliminary investigations.
