Case has been registered against the Former state minister Laxman Dhoble for rapeing a clerk at the Nalanda College of Law. On Friday the clerk has filed a case against the Former state minister Laxman Dhoble at Borivli police station, claiming that Dhoble has raping her on several occasions. Police have filed and FIR against him but her changing statements have made them suspicious.

An officer from Borivli police station said, “Based on the complaint, we have registered a case against Dhoble. Currently we are taking statements and verifying facts. The complainant however is changing her statement. Her recollection of the incident was not accurate and she does not remember it properly. We have sent her for a medical test. Once proper investigation is done, action will be taken.” The charges against Dhoble have been filed under section 376 of the IPC
