These 5 Ayurvedic Foods You Should Eat Everyday

Ayurveda helps you in getting all around development in your health. It not only focuses into body development but it also helps in degenerating all the impurities from the body and make it secure from diseases. According to Ayurveda, once Ahara (diet) should consists of all tastes such as sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent. Right food generates sattva (purity) in your body, detox it and rejuvenate it which helps in better immunity, better digestion and both physical and mental strength.

Here is the list of food products which you can eat on regular basis to get all around body development.

1.Ashwagandha Roots (Indian ginseng)
Ashwagandha.

This food can be found in one of the famous health products, Chyawanprash. Ayurveda says, Ashwangandha helps in fighting stress, anxiety and fatigue. Traditionally its leaves were applied to painful area to recover from the injury as it is highly useful in recovering painful swelling and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also useful in increasing sperm count in men.

2.Turmeric
Turmeric

Due to its anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, turmeric is currently popular as an international super-food. According to experts, turmeric detoxes liver and can also used to treat skin conditions. Although it can directly be used to treat wounds, using it while ingesting is much beneficial. Mixing it with some black pepper and honey can also be very helpful.

3.Brahmi (Bacopa)
Brahmi

According to experts, Brahmi is used to balance three body types mentioned in Ayurveda, Vata, Pitta and Kapha. It is filled with sesame oil which used to massage away stress and soothe the nerves. It also used to sustains the functions of nervous system and brain and hence it also use to increase memory power.

4.Tulsi
Tulsi

Regulat consumption of Tulsi helps in purifying the blood, reducing blood sugar and building immunity. Tulsi juice is highly effective on acne and skin disorders such as ringworm infections, rashes and itchiness.

5.Ghee
Ghee

Clarified butter or ghee actually lowers the cholesterol dues to omega 3 fatty acids which it contains. Experts say it helps to improve heart health and to maintain eyesight and skin.
