In this fast life you hardly give time to your daily exercise to keep your body in shape and to live happily. Going to gym and using gym equipments is a tedious work. We bring you some highly great tips to workout for yourself and without any huge equipments.

Free workout does not at mean that you will do anything. It has its proper order and are advised to do it accordingly. A fitness trainer said, “I suggest home workouts to women. It is a best alternative when on vacation or during busy schedules. I always insist that they should follow the sequence as instructed”

Routine

-10 min warm up along with stretching, marching and jogging

-20 body weight squats

-10 push ups

-20 walking lunges

-15 second plank

-30 jumping jacks

Repeat the cycle for 8 rounds. Try to repeat more according to your stamina and strength, but don’t over-exercise. Always remember to stretch once you finish.

Picking up cardio exercises to build stamina which helps you to go for more extensive routines will always helps in doing a healthy workout. It can be altered according to one’s age, strength and stamina.
