Leading Bollywood star Akshay Kumar spoke on veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah’s recent comments on his father-in-law and a legendary Bollywood actor Rajesh Khanna and said that the controversy ended with Naseeruddin Shah’s graceful apology and the matter should be forgotten.

The Airlift actor said, “I am in this industry for last 25 years, just tell me if I have ever spoken anything about other actor. Some wise person has said that mind your own business and I feel I should do my own work...d who am I to comment on anyone.”

“Everybody has their way of talking and everyone can speak their voice out. Now it's a closed. Nasser Saab has gracefully apologized and I would appreciate if we all forget about this,” he said further.

Ealier, Naseeruddin Shah had stated his opinion about the legendary actor Rajesh Khanna’s acting skills and said that in his opinion Mr. Khanna was a poor actor and he even further said that Rajesh Khanna brought mediocrity to Indian Cinema.

After that Rajesh Khanna’s daughter and Akshay Kumar’s wife as well as a popular columnist Twinkle Khanna had tweeted about the same and attacked on Naseeruddin Shah’s comments. Naseeruddin Shah had apologized on the matter, after Twinkle Khanna’s tweet.

Writer and the father of superstar Salman Khan, Salim Khan also tweeted and attacked Naseeruddin Shah on his comments on Rajesh Khanna without naming anyone.
