Emma Watson known to be now playing United Nation's Goodwill Ambassador for Women.
The Hollywood Reporter reported that Emma, who's news about her new role crashed the organisation's, took to Twitter and shared that she was to work for the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women and was really excited to start work accompanying the amazing people.
The British actress, who's a English Literature graduate from Brown University in US, and had previously promoted education for young women during her International visits, expressed that she was deeply rooted to women rights, and wanted to utilize this opportunity to make a difference.
Interestingly, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, UN Women Executive Director said that they were thrilled to have Watson, and believe that her intelligence and passion would really help making their messages reach the hearts and minds of young people all over the world. (ANI)
