An Auto Driver Returned Rs. 1.5 Lakh To His Customer

Setting an example, an auto-rickshaw driver returned a bag filled with a lakh and 50 thousand cash to his customer with the help of his area corporator and local police to his customer who was carrying it in his auto as token money for his new flat.

According to the reports, on Sunday, a passenger, named Krishna Gosavi took an auto of a driver named as Prabhakar More with the bag of cash from Sagarali area to David-area based builder’s office in Dombivli to pay money for his new flat. He forgot to take the bag while he got down on his destination.

As soon as Prabhakar More found out that a bag full of money on the back seat when he reached the home and cleaning his auto, he called BJP corporator Mahesh Patil and said that he wanted to return the bag.

Patil called More to his office with the bag and they found out the identification of Gosavi. They also called an official from a local police station and returned the bag to the owner in the presence of police, according to Patil. He said, “More is known to be an honest auto driver in my ward and this is the reason that when he found the bag, he alerted me saying he wanted to return it to the owner and asked me to help.”
