Italy has both, the historical, cultural as well as modern heritage. It is the most visited country in the Europe for it popularity as a romantic country surely not less than France. Cities such as Rome, Florence and Venice are the cities which are highly famous for their heritage as well as modernization.

Italy is also famous for its famous delicacies such as pizzas, margaritas and we might have eaten a lot in our cities but having it in atmosphere of Italy, where it has been originated from is something outstanding.

The famous Colosseum, which was built in 70 AD is a signature tourist place. The 48m oval amphitheater is standing in memory of those gladiators who lived under it and fought against each other in front of the royal families and audience, who cheered for their virility and courage.

Florence has been famous for its Renaissance art and various structures and paintings of the medieval era. One of the most happening and a must-see place is Piazza della Republica. It is an open area filled with cafes, restaurants and gelato parlors. Many tourists also enjoy jazz bands and music stationed at the joints here.

In Venice, don’t miss the opportunity to seat in a boat and to get an experience of your lifetime. The boat ferries named as gondola rides are highly famous in Venice and worth a try.

Always remember to travel through underground trains and keep away from cabs as they are highly expensive. If you are traveling in neighborhood, walking is the best way as you can also check out various hidden places. Try ham sandwiches in various cafes. It is a sure treat for foodies.
