Proteins

Vitamin C is can be find in lemon, orange, grapefruit, peaches, peppers, broccoli, soybean, kale, chestnuts, Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes in large quantities.

Zinc
As testosterone is highly required for sexual play especially in men, testosterone booster foods are always necessary. Testosterone deficiency in men can affect his ability to get an erection. For men 10 mg while for women 9mg of Zinc intake is necessary as zinc is a mineral known for testosterone production. Spinach, dates, avocado, tofu, garlic, okra, cashew nuts, soybeans, lamb, pumpkin seeds, oats, asparagus, wheat and raspberries contain zinc in large quantities.
