Sex Is A Physical Exercise, Too, Says The Experts

If you’re having any difficulties in lifting weights and gyming, try sex it’s a good physical exercise according to many experts.

According to several claims it has been proved that sex can give you an experience like you feel after exercising and sweating hard. It also gives you a lot of health benefits, too.

In Landmark study of 1990, people having sex noticed increase in their respiratory rate, heart rate and blood pressure. These are all signs when you get to feel after exercising hard.

Recently, number of researchers tried to examine the result with these findings and they proved that during sex, body gets stressed up more than 75% of maximum exercising.

However, the researchers noticed various breaks in physiological stress levels and according to researchers off the 33 minutes, average time of sexual activity recorded was spent at lower stress levels.

According to a study published on Canadian heterosexual couple stated that a single sex sessions is equally related to a moderate physical activity such as brisk walking.

Hence, researchers concluded that through sex one can get exercising benefits through physiological changes as sex creates physiological changes in mind like exercising.
