Pesto Fish Kebabs is a tasty kebab snack prepared by using simple method of preparation mentioned below. Have this dish with your family members and enjoy its taste.
Ingredients:
 1/2 pounds king fish, cut into 1-inch chunks        Â
 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
 3 Tbsp basil pesto                     Â
 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar               Â
 1/2 Tsp salt                      Â
 Cooking spray
Method of preparation:
Preheat broiler (tandoor will be ideal).
Place fish and bell pepper in a shallow dish. Drizzle pesto and vinegar over fish mixture; toss to coat.
Let fish mixture stand 5 minutes.
Thread fish and pepper alternately onto each of 4 (12-inch) skewers; sprinkle evenly with salt.
Place skewers on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
Boil for 8 minutes or until it is done to your desired degree, turning once.
