India’s 21-year-old badminton player won the silver medal on Friday when she got defeated by world no. 1 Spaniard Carolina Marin despite some strong fighting.

Various Bollywood stars including Amitabh Bacchan and Rajinikanth congratulated PV Sindhu for making a history at Rio Olympics as she became the first Indian shuttler to win a silver medal in Olympics.

Veteran actor Rajinikanth tweeted,
