The MD and CEO of Rajshri Media, Rajjat Barjatya’s shocking death on Friday has shunned the whole Bollywood industry. A close friend of Sooraj Barjatya, Rajjat’s cousin, Salma Khan, who was unable to attend the last rites of Rajjat Barjatya, attended the prayer meet and was seen in tears.
The actor got out of the cars as soon as he reached the Barjatyas’ place and hugged each and every member of the family. While hugging Sooraj Barjatya the actor could not resist broke down.
Rajjat Barjatya was passed away at 6.30 pm on Friday after battling with cancer for last three months. Sources said, “Rajjat was very ill since the past three months. The family was also tried to get a bone marrow transplant done, but things didn’t fall into place.”
Salman Khan visited Barjatya family with his sister Alvira Khan. Apart from him, actress Sonam Kapoor and Raveena Tandon, veteran filmmaker Subhash Ghai, Kunal Kohli visited the prayer meet.
