A local court has declined petition filed by Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's mother Rabiya Khan seeking video recording of the late Bollywood actor's autopsy and the toxicology report. However, Rabiya Khan is likely to appeal to the higher court in this issue said Rabiya's lawyer Dinesh Tiwari.

Jiah who made her debut with Bollywood flick Nishabd committed suicide at her residence on June 3rd. Suraj Pancholi, the so-called boyfriend of Jiah was arrested following the suicide and later was granted bail by the Bombay High Court.
