The D day came and it is huge gain for BJP, Face saver for Congress. BJP registers 300+ in UP, 50+ in Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur gives hope. Congress wins Punjab and saves face. The result shows that Note bandhi is not Vote bandhi. People accepts and supports the fight against corruption through demonetisation. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP lost its face by making its own inhouse surveys were all false and fake.

History has been rewritten in Uttar Pradesh. The assembly elections shows that 2014 Modi wave is still intact. In Uttar Pradesh all else have been decimated. With 300+ seats, BJP has registered success in 80% of the electorate. The victory in the seats where Muslims have a sizeable population makes it clear that BJP is not untouchable to Muslims.

In Uttarakhand, BJP just swept the elections by even making the Congress Chief Minister to lose from his seat. Goa and Manipur is heading towards a hung assembly, but gives BJP a front run. When Punjab celebrates Congress’s victory, the party thanks Rahul Gandhi for not involving in Punjab’s election and attributes the victory to the chief ministerial face Captain Amarinder Singh.
