Congress President Sonia Gandhi on today reacted strongly to the reports which links her son-in-law Robert Vadra with an arms dealer and a property in London and said as a part of planned conspiracy one family has been targeted every day.
“It is all part of a conspiracy like Congress Mukt Bharat. Every day members of one family are being targeted. Excuses are being made, false charges are levelled,” she said, adding, “bina bhed bahav ke jaanch karao. Taki dudh ka dudh pani ka pani ho jaye (Conduct a fair inquiry to bring out the truth),” she said.
She also criticized Narendra Modi and his government at the center for celebrating two years of the government, alleging that he acts more like a “Sehenshaha” and not as a Prime Minister.
After inaugurating a new building of Nagar Panchayat at Dalmau area of Rae Bareli, she said, “I have not seen such a Prime Minister. Is he a “Sehanshah” or a Prime Minister? There were celebrations… when the country is facing poverty, drought and farmers are in distress.”
Sonia is on her two-day visit to Rae Bareli.

Meanwhile, The mob of villagers was protesting with placards against the camp of Indo-Tibetan Border Police situated nearby alleging that for expansion of camp roads of their village blocked by the police with wired fencing.
Sonia Gandhi met with a delegation of villagers who was demanding removal of camp which has blocked way of about 1000 families to Dalmau Ganga Ghat making difficult their day to day lives.
