Denying the news reports that the spiritual teacher Sri Satya Sai Baba has passed away, the Satya Sai Seva Trust said that the Baba is very much alive and recovering from his illness.
Satya Sai Baba was admitted to the Super Specialties Hospital at Puttaparthi one week ago after he had complained of breathing problems.
Confirming that he had developed breathing problems in wee hours of Saturday, Trust director Chakravarthi told media persons at Anantapuram this morning that the Baba was doing fine now.
“The ever vigilant doctors immediately attended on him and brought the situation under control. His BP and sugar levels are very much normal and there is no cause for worry,” he said.
Explaining that the Baba will give darshan to his devotees on Ugadi day, Chakravarthi said that an expert group of doctors have been regularly monitoring his health.
Meanwhile, hundreds of devotees of Baba tried to attack media representatives alleging some channels have telecast false stories on Baba’s health.
