Country Is Celebrating Hindi Divas Today

As the country is celebrating Hindi Divas on September 14, that is today, various events will be organized in the capital on Wednesday. Hindi Divas is celebrated on September 14 as on this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India had adopted Hindi language in Devanagari script as the official language of Republic of India.

At the PHD Chamber of Commerce in Delhi, a special function named ‘Hindi Hain Hum’ is going to be organized on Wednesday. The program has included, teaching of Hindi, an award ceremony for Hindi teachers and a ‘Hasya Kavi Sammelan’.

The event, which has been organized by the Madhuban Educational Books, will be held at PHD Chamber of Commerce at Siri Institutional Area.

The event will also discuss the present state and future vision for the teaching of Hindi and the experts will speak about their ideas to make teaching of Hindi more friendly.

The chief guest of the function Dr. Ashok Bajpayee will be chaired the discussion, which will be attended by Prof. Krishann Kumar, Prof. Dilip Singh, Prof. Ramjanam Sharma, Prof. Sandhya Singh and Dr. Pradip Kumar Jain.

To felicitate the Hindi teachers for their contribution in the field of education, an award ceremony will be held after the discussion.

Popular poets such as Surendra Sharma, Arun Jamani and Mahendra Anjaani will be taking part in the Hasya Kavi Sammelan to conclude the event.

Various other events will be organized across the country on this special occasion to celebrate Hindi Divas.
